Please tell us about a time you most successfully hacked some (non-computer) system to your advantage.
In secondary school, lunch queues were extremely long but there was a “queue skip” system where you could bypass the line if you had a small orange pass with the school logo, some text, and a teacher’s signature. You were only awarded these passes if you demonstrated good behaviour, academic ability, etc.
I managed to get 1 legitimate pass, went home and recreated it in Photoshop, printed copies, and signed them myself. The staff only checked visually, so it worked indefinitely. From that point on, my friends and I never queued for lunch again.
Please tell us in one or two sentences about the most impressive thing other than this startup that you have built or achieved.
I won the xAI Grokathon in London, which was awesome.

I figured out when buying sought after / hype items they wouldn’t let you ship multiple parcels to the same address. So with DPD I would send parcels to lots of houses in my village but once they had dispatched on the day I could call DPD and get them redirected to my address since it was in the same shipping area for maximum parcels.
Please tell us in one or two sentences about the most impressive thing other than this startup that you have built or achieved.
For my work with my Vinted software I had to develop comprehensive bypasses for multiple antibots like Cloudflare and Datadome. This involved reverse engineering both their antibot systems and captchas whilst maintaining them.

Built resold.app/ which is a Vinted sniping bot / toolkit that facilitated over £5M spent on the platform and hit 10K MRR.
Built vinta.app/ an accounting software for vintage sellers managing the biggest sellers in Europe with thousands of paying users.

What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.
Revnu is the all-in-one platform that lets people ship and sell software without building business infrastructure.
Tools like Claude Code and Cursor make it easy to build software, but they don't help you run a business. Builders get stuck on taxes, auth, billing, a/b testing and legal. These are the boring necessary parts which kill momentum.
Revnu handles all of it. Connect a GitHub repo, merge our auto-generated PR, and you're selling. It's the Shopify for selling software.
Where do you live now, and where would the company be based after YC?
Manchester, United Kingdom / San Francisco, United States
Explain your decision regarding location.
SF is the best place for tech startups, talent and innovation.

Idea
Why did you pick this idea to work on? Do you have domain expertise in this area? How do you know people need what you’re making?
We picked this idea because we kept feeling the same pain ourselves. My cofounder and I have shipped multiple SaaS products profitably and every time the pattern was identical. You build the core product fast with Claude/Cursor, but getting it “prod ready” was slow and painful. Implementing Stripe, auth, landing pages, A/B tests, session replays, legal docs, SEO blogs, etc is boring BUT it's the essential stuff which makes the business function.
Initially, we built this as an internal tool so we could make new apps fast, but then we realised it should exist as its own product as a “Shopify for selling software”.
We have strong domain expertise from:
• Repeatedly bootstrapping apps to meaningful revenue with minimal costs.
• Working with early founders and indie hackers (through hackathons + Iterate internship).
We know people need this because:
• Every builder who uses AI wants to ship code, not build business infra.
Who are your competitors? What do you understand about your business that they don’t?
Our closest competitors are Lemon Squeezy/Gumroad/Paddle/Whop which are designed to accept payments and issue license keys.
These companies fail to understand the mindset of the new gen-AI builder:
• Entrepreneurs want to have full-stack ownership with a branded storefront, not a marketplace listing.
• Entrepreneurs want to customise everything and have bespoke branding.
• The new-gen understands the value of data and having access to as much as possible about their site.
How do or will you make money? How much could you make?
Revnu charges creators a monthly subscription (£9–£299/mo) + 2–6% fee on every sale.
Any piece of software can be sold through Revnu. The global software market is $700B+. We're aiming to be as big as Shopify so every dev can monetize their software the way Shopify lets every merchant sell physical goods.
